This upcoming release incorporates feature requests from our active 2.0 sites and includes several bug fixes. The release is scheduled for June 25, 2025, and here's a sneak peek at what to expect:
New Features:
- Additional Search Form: A movable search form for the home page.
- Unavailable Non-Book Item as Out of Stock: A quick method to mark store merchandise, services, etc., as out of stock.
Feature Updates:
- Site Alerts and Announcements: Enhanced text formatting with bold, italic, underline, links, numbered and bulleted lists, and text alignment.
- Staff Review Tags and Filter: On the Manage Staff Review page, tags are now listed with a filtering option.
- Date Format: The site-wide date format will switch to the 12-hour format.
- Event Carousel: Ability to create a home page event carousel using multiple tags.
Bug Fixes:
- INL Logo display on Book Variations page with inscriptions
- Avoid duplicate Event Aliases
- Bulk upload of store merchandise with image URL
- Store Merch, Subscription, Services - FE fix for button label when out of stock
- Order confirmation email for orders created by the store staff will have the customer name and not the staff name
