Important Announcement: Temporary Fix for Shipping Method Issue
We are sorry to report that a code release this morning has caused an issue affecting shipping methods that include 'Negated' conditions. We are actively working on a fix. It may not be possible to deploy the permanent solution until early Thursday morning.
To ensure shipping methods function correctly until a permanent fix is deployed:
- Identify and remove any 'Negate' conditions from your shipping methods.
- Take a screenshot of these conditions before deleting them for easy reference.
Once the fix is in place tomorrow, you can safely reapply the 'Negate' conditions.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we resolve this issue.
