During the Presidents Day Holiday on February 16, 2026, IndieCommerce customer support will be limited to responding to emergency issues only.

An emergency issue means that your customers can't buy anything from your website or your staff can't process any online orders. Your website is essentially broken and cannot take orders or process any transactions. If your website has an emergency issue please check the IndieCommerce status page first. If your issue has not been reported submit a critical outage report and IndieCommerce staff will be alerted immediately.

Thank you for your time & continued support and HAPPY HOLIDAY from the IndieCommerce team!

Important Announcement: Temporary Fix for Shipping Method Issue

We are sorry to report that a code release this morning has caused an issue affecting shipping methods that include 'Negated' conditions. We are actively working on a fix. It may not be possible to deploy the permanent solution until early Thursday morning.

To ensure shipping methods function correctly until a permanent fix is deployed:

  1. Identify and remove any 'Negate' conditions from your shipping methods.
  2. Take a screenshot of these conditions before deleting them for easy reference.

Once the fix is in place tomorrow, you can safely reapply the 'Negate' conditions.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we resolve this issue.

We will keep you posted.
