At 7am Eastern on April 22, 2025, all IndieCommerce 2.0 sites were updated with feature updates and other improvements.

This upcoming release will include integration for Bookshop.org eBooks, Drupal core updates and a few important bug fixes (for Product Lists and Subscriptions). Detailed release notes will be available after the release.

This upcoming release focuses on incorporating feedback from IC 2.0 stores and enhancing current features. These enhancements include product lists (for store merchandise with variations and for service products), book descriptions in product lists, Credit Card Transaction Report, fraud detection, split shipments, E-Gift Cards, Sales Report by SKU (to assist with pre-orders), promotions and coupons, and tax exemption. The upcoming release on March 12, 2025 will include major updates such as support for Independent Bookstore Day 2025, the ability for stores to add or remove sales tax on an order, easier updating of orders with tags, admin comments, and order comments, and allowing Media Mail for book variations.
