This is Part 2 of our two part story on the integration of POS systems with the IndieCommerce 1.0 platform. We’ve outlined some of the basic functions that are currently offered by POS vendors for their clients who have IndieCommerce websites.

Exciting stuff is happening with IndieCommerce 2.0!! The work is progressing at a steady pace. There are currently 14 sites live on IC 2.0 with another 25 in the process of configuring their websites. Migration testing for IndieLite sites is underway.

Have you tried the Signed Copy feature? With just a couple of clicks, you can create Signed Copies of books. Today’s release introduces Store Merchandise with clothing variations like size and color. Check out the demo videos.

First batch of IC 2.0 sites handed over to store, and they are hard at work populating their new sites with content. While working on their new sites, these stores have been providing our developers and support staff with invaluable feedback and suggestions.

Most of the IndieCommerce staff will be at Winter Institute next week. If you have the opportunity, please stop by and say hello. For this week on IndieCommerce 2.0 we launched a new "signed copy" option. This feature is now available to both Tier 1 and Tier 2 stores.
