Website Stock

Use Website Stock to manage online inventory for book variations and non-book items. When customers purchase items, the stock decreases. Once it reaches zero (0), the product displays the out-of-stock label you enter, and customers are unable to purchase it. Enable stock managed by the site in Website Stock in Fulfillment Settings. Specify a threshold to send email notifications when stock drops below each product’s threshold. 

Configure Website Stock

Select the types of store merchandise you want to manage. 

1. Select Commerce in the left menu, then select Fulfillment Settings.
2. Expand Website Stock Settings.
3. Select the types of  Stock Managed by Website. 
4. Enter an Out of Stock Button Label that displays when the products are out of stock. 
5. Enter an email address to send the Email Notification to. 
6. Scroll down and select Save.

Set Stock and Threshold

Set the stock and threshold for each product.

1. Select Commerce in the left menu, then select Products. 
2. Select a product Title to open it. 
3. Select the Stock tab.
4. Select Website for Stock Type. 
5. Enter the amount of Stock. 
6. Enter a Threshold to send email notifications. 
7. Select Save.
